The Van Leeuwen Team has been serving the real estate needs of the local communities since 1976! Duane, is graduate of Mayfair High School and a Vietnam Veteran. He started his career at Tiffany Real Estate in Cerritos in 1976. Debra grew up in Austin, Minnesota and moved to California in 1979. She became a mortgage banker and met Duane while calling on his office in 1987. They joined forces in 1989, when they got married, and formed the Van Leeuwen Team. Kelly Bradshaw, a graduate of Westminster High School, and University of Washington where she attended on full softball scholarship and was an All American. Kelly joined the Van Leeuwen Team in 2004. Together they are all for one and one for all! Their competitive, creative spirit makes them excel in their job to help their clients! They strive to deliver the highest standard of service and a "do unto others as they would have done to them" attitude. They have earned the respect of cherished clients and are thankful for their continued support through repeat and referral business.
